Student Services

Mosaica Online Academy of Arizona students receive a high level of support and an array of services designed to make their transition into online education more seamless and to ensure their continued success in the program.

A full-time, certified guidance counselor is on staff and manages all Student Services. Students and parents have access to individual counseling, family meetings, the online Guidance & Counseling Center, and one-on-one meetings to discuss progress toward graduation. Students also receive a grade-specific guidance lesson each month based upon the School Counseling Standards. Under the direction of Student Services, each student also has a grade-specific Advisor that conducts weekly meetings with students and monitors their progress.

Our specialized student services include:

  • Ongoing Communication
  • Rapid Teacher Response Time

In addition to these services, we also offer several student clubs, which allow our students to interact with one another outside the classroom. All clubs meet multiple times each month through a virtual "meet-up" environment on our Learning Management System.

  • 6-8 Book Club
  • 9-12 Book Club
  • Art Club
  • Cooking Club

We invite students who would like to start a new club to discuss their ideas with their teacher.
